Find instead of search – with precise filter functions

The portal offers a wide range of intelligent filter options that allow you to search for the right media material in a targeted and convenient manner. For example, you can filter by basic media types such as images, documents, or videos - or even more specifically by concrete content such as pack shots, logos, instructions for use, technical information, patient brochures, and much more. This allows you to quickly find exactly what you need for your daily work.

Additional filter options such as file format, country of distribution, brand, indication, or language help you further narrow down your results. This turns a large number of files into a clearly structured, tailored selection—for an efficient, time-saving search and an optimal user experience.

More than just downloading: conveniently manage information and media

The search function in MediShare can be narrowed down precisely using numerous filters – so you only see what you really need. Whether you want to see all media for a specific product or, for example, all available pack shots for a particular brand, you can find the right content in just a few clicks.

Detailed view with additional information
Each media file can be opened in its own detailed view beyond the results list. There you will find all relevant information about the file. In addition, various derivatives of the file are available for download, depending on the format or intended use.

Shopping cart & bulk download
Want to download or share multiple files at once? No problem: simply add your selection to the shopping cart (collection). This can be downloaded as a ZIP package or shared with others via a “shared link” – the recipient does not necessarily need their own MediShare login.
