Zutaten

Für das Dessert

  • 2–3 Schoko Simply Seeds Kekse

  • 200 g Naturjoghurt oder pflanzliche Alternative

  • 1–2 TL Honig oder Agavendicksaft (optional)

Für das Topping

  • 1 Handvoll frische Beeren (z. B. Erdbeeren, Heidelbeeren)

  • ½ Banane, in Scheiben geschnitten

  • etwas zusätzlicher Keks-Crunch

  • optional: ein paar Schokostückchen

Zubereitung

  1. Die Kekse grob zerbröseln.

  2. Den Joghurt in ein Glas oder eine Schale geben.

  3. Nach Belieben mit Honig oder Agavendicksaft süßen.

  4. Das Obst vorbereiten und auf dem Joghurt verteilen.

  5. Die Keksbrösel darüberstreuen.

  6. Mit etwas zusätzlichem Crunch und optional Schokostückchen toppen.

Knuspriger Keks-Schoko-Mugcake

Ein schneller, warmer Mugcake mit schokoladigem Geschmack und knusprigen Kekstückchen. Perfekt als süßer Snack oder Dessert – in wenigen Minuten zubereitet.

Zutaten

Für den Mugcake

  • 2 Schoko Simply Seeds Kekse

  • 3 EL Mehl oder glutenfreie Alternative

  • 1 EL Kakao

  • 2 TL Zucker oder Agavendicksaft

  • ½ TL Backpulver

  • 4–5 EL pflanzliche Milch

  • 1 TL neutrales Öl

Für das Topping

  • etwas Keks-Crunch

  • ein paar Schokostückchen

  • optional: frische Beeren oder Nussmus

Zubereitung

  1. Die Kekse grob zerbröseln.

  2. Mehl, Kakao, Zucker und Backpulver in einer Tasse vermischen.

  3. Pflanzliche Milch und Öl hinzufügen und zu einem glatten Teig verrühren.

  4. Die Keksstücke unterheben.

  5. Den Teig in der Mikrowelle bei mittlerer bis hoher Leistung ca. 60–90 Sekunden backen.

  6. Den fertigen Mugcake kurz abkühlen lassen.

  7. Mit Keks-Crunch, Schokostückchen und optional Beeren oder Nussmus toppen.
