Preparation

Classic filter method

Place the ground coffee in a coffee filter (approx. 6-8 g per 100 ml of water). Slowly pour in hot, non-boiling water (approx. 92-96 °C) and allow to extract in a circular motion.

French press

For a full-bodied aroma, add 15 g of coffee to 250 ml of hot water. Leave to infuse for four minutes, then slowly press the plunger down.

Mocha pot

Fill the sieve insert of the mocha pot with ground coffee (do not press down) and slowly bring to the boil with hot water on the stove.

Cold brew

For a refreshing alternative, prepare the coffee with cold water (1:8 ratio) and leave to infuse in the fridge for 12-24 hours. Then filter and enjoy.

Tip: Coffee tastes best freshly ground. If you have a coffee grinder, you can also buy our whole beans and grind them directly before preparation!

Recipe idea: Coffee and chocolate smoothie

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • 150 ml cold coffee (Arabica, ground & brewed)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 200 ml oat or almond milk

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.

  2. Pour into a glass and top with cocoa nibs or grated dark chocolate as desired.

  3. Enjoy immediately!

Tip: For an extra refreshing variation, you can add a few ice cubes or freeze the coffee as ice cubes beforehand.
