Classic breakfast porridge: warm with almond milk or oat milk, topped with fresh fruit and nuts.

Overnight oats style: soak overnight with plant-based milk and enjoy chilled in the morning.

With spices: add cinnamon, turmeric, or cardamom for a warming touch.

Savory version: prepare with vegetable broth and serve with steamed vegetables or herbs.

Recipe Idea – Creamy Porridge with Berries & Nuts

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 80 g TAIGA Bio Alkaline Porridge

  • 300 ml oat milk (or other plant-based milk)

  • 1 handful fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)

  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds or walnuts

  • 1 tsp flaxseed or chia seeds

  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Heat oat milk in a saucepan, add porridge mix, and simmer for 3–5 minutes while stirring.

  2. Allow to thicken to desired consistency.

  3. Pour into bowls and top with berries, nuts, and seeds.

  4. Sprinkle with a touch of cinnamon and enjoy warm.
