Recipe idea: Baked Camembert with spicy salad topping & honey
Ingredients (2 servings):
1 Camembert (approx. 200 g)
1–2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp spicy salad topping
1 handful of fresh salad (e.g., baby spinach or arugula)
1–2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
Optional: a few fresh herbs or edible leaves for decoration
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection oven 160 °C) and place the Camembert on a small baking sheet or in an ovenproof dish.
2. Bake the cheese in the oven for approx. 10–12 minutes until it is soft and the surface is lightly golden brown.
3. Meanwhile, briefly roast the spicy salad topping in a pan without oil to make it even more aromatic and crispy.
Place the warm Camembert on a plate with fresh salad, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with the roasted spicy salad topping.
Season with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper, and serve warm immediately.
Tip: Serve with toasted bread, baguette, or a fresh autumn salad.
