Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 200 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)

  • 1 small zucchini

  • 150 g cherry tomatoes

  • 1 small red onion

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

  • Salt and pepper
