Recipe Idea – Arugula Salad with Orange Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 100 g fresh arugula

  • 1 orange, segmented

  • 50 g walnuts, roughly chopped

  • 80 g goat cheese or feta

  • 2 tbsp Orange Balsamic Cream

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. Wash arugula thoroughly and dry.

  2. Segment the orange and lightly toast the walnuts.

  3. Crumble the cheese and combine with arugula, orange segments, and walnuts in a bowl.

  4. For the dressing, mix the Orange Balsamic Cream with olive oil, honey (if using), salt, and pepper.

  5. Drizzle over the salad, gently toss, and serve immediately.
