Sevemed®

Description

Sevemed is a prescription-only drug which contains 800mg of the active ingredient sevelamer carbonate. It binds phosphate from food in the digestive tract and thereby lowers phosphate levels in the blood. Sevemed is used in adult patients to control hyperphosphatemia.
